J. Gough ( Centreville, MD ) The pair of mobile phones is a great value. Setup was easy. He would have given 5 stars but the sound of the headset is a bit 'off / cable. It happens all the time, although this can be only one volume / issue of localization. I like that has a repertoire built right in and no matter what program you laptop, both have the information.

olly's mom ( charleston, SC ) I took it as a gift and was amazed by its great sound quality and the fact that he really has no interference in the building I lived in I was on the floor, surrounded by 22 rooms in a large concrete building and I heard no static or other items. I love this phone and have been recommending it to others. I bought the latest model with 3 mobile phones and answering machine and the quality is not the same. The new ones are much smaller and not as tough and comfortable for long conversations. Also, the sound is not so clear.

R. Pyle ( East Lansing, MI ) We bought this phone because it was becoming increasingly difficult to exercise the talk "button on our children Panasonic cordless phone. Once you enable the new AT & T cell phones, you notice that the caller ID with call waiting system not working properly. The name of the caller's number will be displayed if the phone is in "standby", but will not display if the phone is in use. In other words, if we were on another call and tried to call, he felt beep signaling a new call, but could not see the caller information on the screen.
That this should be a problem with the phone, I called the customer service number in the user manual, and a representative told me that replacing the battery and transfer to the phone, but the problem persists. He suggested that the problem might be with the phone and we should come back for a replacement. So we called AT & T U-verse to see if he knew anything about the problem. Apparently, as far as caller ID with call waiting function is concerned, not all phones are compatible with the U-verse. U-Verse is aware of this and is working on a solution. So if you subscribe to AT & T U-Verse service, like us, may not be able to use caller ID with call waiting function with this phone.
