It was easy to install and works ok in general.
We do have interruptions (the other side is not hearing us) - but this could be caused by our Comcast voice over IP (not sure yet).
We run two lines and there are two things I'm not happy about:
- Through the multiple phones (we have 2 addl. phones) one phone is able to interrupt another phone call accidently by not paying attention on which line button you push!
- Forwarding a phone call is easy - but if your secretary would like to give you information before it's bit to complicated.

Otherwise product is good.

I have tried some of the other manufactures of phone systems, but I always seem more satisfied with
the quality and features of AT&T. This phone system worked just great out of the box and has a very
clean, professional looking appearance. Reception on base unit and the cordless system is just fine.
Phone has all the necessary features needed in a small business or at home. I would recommend this
product without hesitancy.

I had one of these and finally just wore the thing out, so I replaced it. I looked to see if I could find anything new, improved, and different, and even tried another system. That failed. I went back to this one. It works for me.

What do I like about it? It has been dependable for me and is easy to operate. I just want a telephone with an answering system which can handle 2 lines, without fuss. This one does that for me.

I have used Panasonic phones for many years. I loved the feel of the Panasonic phone in my hand and its durability. But I could not find a new Panasonic phone system that offered features I really wanted. Most importantly, I wanted two mailboxes and then secondly, an indicator LIGHT showing you have messages. This AT&T phone offers these features. There's even a light on the cordless handset which tells you if you have messages. Here's the bad news. When I make a phone call from the base system, it dials another # completely and I am connected to some stranger. When I dial from the cordless phone, it works fine. So I have just contacted the seller to see about exchanging the unit I own. When I first opened the box and started to use the phone, there was no comparison to the high-quality of the Panasonic handset which just fits so easily in your hand. In contrast, the AT&T phone feels really "cheap". Whoever designed the buttons must never have tested the competition's products for ease of use. The AT&T phone is definitely not effortless to press the buttons and you feel like your finger is going to slip off and hit another button unintentionally. I haven't used all the features of the phone so I cannot comment on eveything. All I know is right now I have the headache of having to return this phone for another unit that works.
