Gary Levine ( Northern Virginia ) I like this phone set. Does what it is supposed to, and pretty much the way it is supposed to do it. No negative things to say, but one odd observation: every few minutes the base and remote handset seem to "light up." Its probably just synchronizing or something between the remote handset and the base - I haven't bothered to research it. But its a little disorienting when you're sitting and watching TV or something, and your phones light up for no apparent reason.

Colin L. Coffey This is a great phone but the answering machine doesn't record the whole conversation some times. It is hit and miss, one call you might get the whole message and one call you might just get a few words before it cuts off.

Jetjock ( Alabama ) Reading some of the reviews about volume being extremely low can only be that some persons have failed to remove the film that not only covers the screen but also the ear speaker. Our phone was loud right out of the box AFTER my wife noticed the film was covering the speaker section of the phone! Just a sugesstion?
