K Ashley ( NY, NY ) I'm pretty sure Amazon is selling this phone refurbished because 1) the box came from Amazon Return Center, 2) One of the phone's batteries never charged to capacity and 3) the entire system stopped working after 30 hours-- "no link to base:.

Ravi Nelapati ( USA ) Brought this phone even after reading some reviews which mentioned about the disconnection issues. I started having the same issue right from day one. 80% of times, when an in coming call is answered, phone gets disconnected immediately. Some times, both wireless handsets get switched off on their own (even after charging for a long time). This phone also gets disconnected immediately if speaker phone is switched on. I never managed to use speaker phone.
After using it for couple of weeks, now i am sending it back to Amazon for a refund.
Very disappointed with Panasonic, wonder if they have any quality control at all.

L. Dubiton ( Houston, TX USA ) The price was amazing and works all over my home. Has different ringers to choose from and you can store phone numbers, and the answering machine is super easy to use!

N. L. Chiappetta This phone is really attractive and has great features. HOWEVER, I have had nothing but problems since I got it last year. I should have returned it but I didn't want to go through all the trouble of mailing it and filling out forms, etc. The problem is the charge doesn't hold. Even though I leave the phones on the dock, they go dead after I've talked for awhile. And sometimes they don't even light up and ring when I get a call. I don't know if the batteries were defective but I finally got a good phone V-tech 6.0 digital for Christmas and I love it!!! I don't recommend buying a phone through the mail in the event you need to return it.
