Ima Outlaw ( San Diego, CA ) The phone was advertised a new, but the box had been opened when I received it and showed evidence of having been used. It was DOA and would not work. Seller was slow in refunding my money.

I. Marchena ( South Florida ) Very durable, good sound and the 3 phones are perfect for my home. I have one upstairs and two downstairs. They have gotten through so much abuse and are still ticking. Imagine having 3 teenage boys!

Theodore J. Evans I have the base and three stations. This is so easy to use & program. Excellent manual. I especially like the ability to store all my business and friends and family on an easy to use built in phone book. It's not at all like a speed dial. After entering the name, and your choice of one or two numbers, (home or cell #) or whatever. Hit the phone book icon and the first letter of the persons name and find all your aunts & uncles.. You can program incoming ring sounds so you can tell if it friend or foe before you pick up. Don't want it to ring while your asleep, no problem. Want it to automatically upon pick up to be able to talk, no button press. No problem.. There are so many cool and programmable features with this phone system I could go on and on.
