Joanna L. Moore LOVE these phones...too bad no wall mount bracket is included. I went to the website to purchase the bracket, and it's on backorder! Now we have the base unit sitting on the floor until the part comes in, whenever that may be.

Lorene ( NJ, USA ) I bought this phone system to replace an older Motorola system and this is vastly better. The first thing I love is that you can answer calls from the base. We tend to misplace phones in our house and and now we can just use the speaker phone on the base. I also love that you can listen to messages from a handset. The batteries last a long time. I've been on long conference calls with the phone on speaker and the battery has lasted. I also like that you can set ringtones for various people.
My main con with this phone is the intercom system. It's numbered so you have to remember which phone is where. It would be great if you could name them instead.
Bottom line is that we are very pleased with this phone overall.

I love the features : shows the time, updates phone book on all the handsets when one handset is updated, allows us to block some numbers and add them to the blocked list, voice caller ID.
The sound quality is not so good as the older version. Hence I gave 4 stars. Also not too happy with the size. I am used to the older heavier version. This is very light and small. Will get used to it, i guess;-)
I am not sure about the battery life of this phone. It has AAA rechargeable batteries and the life is much lower than my older phone. But then, I have 4 sets to play around with, so I am not too bothered about this.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend buying this. Good value for money!

Diana de Avila ( Malta, NY USA ) I spent so much time searching for cordless phones because I have been stuck with so many lemons in the past. I was interested after reading about Dect 6.0 and knew that it WOULD NOT interfere with any of the wireless devices I had in my home like my other cordless phones had done using the other bands. I dealt with many disconnections while using other phones on the 5.7 band, but no problems with these.
These handsets are durable and small. I have had these phones for about a year now and they have not failed us. I love the reception on these phones as I can be sitting by my pool outside and receive and make calls. The distance is great!
I enjoy the voice feature that speaks the caller's name as well. I thought this was very innovative and was a plus along with the Dect 6.0 in choosing these. I have used Panasonic products in the past and these have been very good for the name.
I love the phones and would recommend them to friends. We have not had one, single problem with any of them since I installed them and we started making and receiving calls. I cannot speak for the voice mail system as we use our cable company to receive voice messages. If we were to use it thought, I would not anticipate any problems. Set up for the phones was also easy to follow and very logical. The directions were well documented and set-up did not take long at all.

Donna ( Virginia, United States ) I am actually surprised this phone gets such good reviews, I have owned it for 10 months and 2 of the 3 hand sets no longer work. Okay, I do carry clipped to my pocket all day and have been known to drop it on occasion. One of them doesn't have any exterior volumn any longer, so you can't locate it or hear it ringer, but if you hold it up to your ear it does work when you are talking. The battery life is terrible on all three of the phones after just a few months. but can replace battereies with better rechargable AAA.
That being said, After researching phone sets, I am going to go ahead and order two new replacements phones, get new batteries for them, and get a panasonic head set, because these phones have the head set capability, handy speaker phone button, if you don't have the head set on. I often need hands free during the day. They also have a nice clip on them for carrying on your pants.
I personally think 35 bucks is a bit pricey for a replacement phone, but what do I know.
