Anna ( Mission, Texas, USA ) I initially purchased this phone for friends as a surprise gift and they really love this item. In fact, their "techy" kid said that it was a wise choice that did not interfere with computer stuff around the house. So, when the item went lower in price I purchased it as part of a "two-fer". I am really happy with the price and phones and I am still learning stuff on it.
I did however, miss the pan scan process that was on my old ID phone. It might still be a feature I've yet to discover, but for the price, I made a good purchase and I am happy with the light weight feature and sleek look about the item.

Paul E. Ramseyer ( California ) They are prefect the phone displays the date and time and calls missed when charging. They are easy to set up and work perfectly.

S. Kumar ( White Plains NY ) Its working fine for me for over 4 months now... Though it does lack some features, like answering machine etc, but something that wonders me I don't find a mute button or a way to mute.

Joe Wireless These phones are only okay. As expected, the 5GHz does not interfere with the home wireless. But I have to admit, the sound quality is marginal at best. There is static if you are ever moving around. The sound out of the receiver is hollow - not what I would expect from a 5GHz phone. The features of the phone are minimal. One final annoyance is that the caller ID doesn't always work when the phone is ringing. What's up with that? That is probably the only reason you have caller id - to screen calls. This is the first Vtech phone I ever bought and will probably be the last. I really wish I kept with my old favorite Uniden.

K. Morton ( Rockville, MD ) I've had this phone system for almost a year. I wanted at least one phone for a room without a phone jack. The price was a comparative bargain. I've got good reception and volume from them. I didn't notice until I changed phone plans and got voice mail with my service that the main base station will flash a light if you have any messages. I'm happy with my purchase.
