The phone is in great shape and features, but some things really need to improve: first, the voice on the other side is never clear, even if its really loud, you hear the other person clearly.

Secondly, the key response is slow and difficult to press for their work. Thirdly, I do not really care, but the finish sucks! Besides these things, is a great phone for the value (I got $43.50 from Amazon, but they changed the price.)

Surprisingly good product. Since switching out my old cordless phone I have had zero interference with the wireless network and have not had to reset it either.

Siemens makes this Verizon-branded phone... and since I had another Siemens phone that I loved, but my 2.4ghz spectrum has become crowded with wireless speakers, Wifi, microwave interference, etc., I decided to get a 1.9ghz system. This unit is just okay. It doesn't have the ringer timer that my previous unit did, which allowed me to disable the ringer at programmable times. The LCD screen is difficult to view at an angle. It also allows people to use a handset if another device is using the line (such as a fax machine), which my old phone handled more appropriately.

If I had to make my purchasing decision again, I'd probably try a Panasonic.

my phone caller ID never worked, i try other phone the caller ID is working phone, when i talk i feel noice in the back , i realy dont like this phone , do not try to get one , i want to return it but too bad i tooked it to other country , it was waste of time and money for me.

Bought this to test whether or not it could replace our aging 2.4GHz Panasonic phones with built-in room monitoring function. Our current phones allow us to continuously monitor our children through the night and naptime. The Verizon room monitoring feature basically monitors the sound in the room and when it reaches a certain level it calls a pre-programmed number (Which can be another handset). Not exactly what we're looking for to get peace of mind. Can't say too much about the other features of the phone, build quality seemed ok, sound quality good, interface a little goofy to navigate. After briefly experimenting with the room monitoring feature we returned it.
