Laurie A. Reichard ( Indiana ) I work at home everyday so this is very ideal, I tried a different headset (TCH) that I would have to replace every 3 months or so, so I guess we will see about this one. Although I am very happy with sound quality I do think a mute mechanism should be on the product.

savvy shopper ( Oregon ) I work from home so I was looking for a headset that was both comfortable and had some good sound quality. This unit ranks ok for comfort but the sound quality is marginal at best. People that I am talking to sound distant and some voices are slightly muffled. Next time I will spend more money on a higher quality product.

Isaiah Abraham The sound quality for the other end is terrible, so I cannot use this anymore. Every time I use the headset I get a complaint from the person on the other end that they cannot hear me.

This headset works very well. The price was outrageously low. My product arrived brand-new, in a sealed box. I ordered it online one day, and the product arrived two days later. I love this product, and would recommend it to anyone who needs to be handsfree on the phone at home or at the office. It plugs right into the side of my cordless home phone.
