Small Business Owner ( North Carolina USA ) Phones sound great; easy to set up and all went as directions indicated; probably great for home use.
Some irritating features (no directory fast dial buttons).
Small business problems: (1) TERRIBLE: an extension can pick up on an ongoing call - our antique Panasonic system didn't allow this but this system does and is an irritating issue I specifically did NOT want and couldn't imagine was not included in this system (2) too many functions require using the menu instead of convenient buttons (3) no mute button except on base station (4) memorized phone numbers are hard to use - have to use directory - no hot buttons - (but are easy to enter) (5) TERRIBLE: no DND or ability to send ringing call directly to voicemail immediately.
System looks great; voice quality is good even on conference and speaker, range seems fine. Would recommend for homes but not for small business.

South Shores Auto Service ( DECATUR, ILLINOIS ) We have only had them a short time but so far they appear to work well. We did have a previous model that was very similar and they worked well for several years and we are very hard on them.
